From your first visit to aftercare, here's how we make your infusion experience simple and comfortable.
A Patient Guide
From accredited quality to dedicated support, see why patients and providers trust InfuseOne.

A little preparation can help make your infusion experience go smoothly.
Unless your healthcare provider has instructed otherwise, drink plenty of water before your appointment.
Enjoy a meal or light snack unless you've received specific instructions not to.
Wear loose-fitting clothing that allows easy access to your arms.
Have your photo ID, insurance card, and current medication list available.
Infusion times vary depending on your prescribed medication. Our team can help you understand how long your appointment may take.

When you arrive, our friendly team will help you check in and complete any necessary paperwork.
Once you're checked in, a member of our clinical team will guide you to your treatment area.
Our infusion centers are designed with your comfort in mind, offering a relaxing environment where you can settle in and feel at ease.
Before starting your treatment, your nurse or nurse practitioner will review your medical information, ask how you're feeling, and complete any necessary assessments.

Depending on your prescribed therapy, this may include:
Checking your vital signs, such as blood pressure and heart rate.
Reviewing your medications, allergies, and recent health changes.
Answering any questions you may have about your treatment.
Preparing your medication and establishing IV access, if needed.
Once your infusion begins, our clinical team will monitor you throughout your treatment to help ensure your safety and comfort.
We want your time with us to feel as relaxing as possible.

Once your treatment is complete, our team will help you prepare to head home. Depending on your medication, you may need to remain at the clinic for a short observation period.
Before you leave, our team will:
Many patients can return to their normal activities following treatment, although this depends on the medication and how they feel. Always follow the instructions provided by your healthcare team.
